Which activity should you choose?

No printer?
Play memory online. You can also draw the treasure-hunt symbols on paper.
Children not reading yet?
Try the picture treasure hunt with an adult helper. Match shapes rather than words.
A seated group activity?
Use word bingo with a helper for younger players.

Turn the games into a party plan

Start with the treasure hunt, pause for cake, then settle down for bingo. Adjust the order to suit your group and space.

Two ready-to-use unicorn party activity plans

These are flexible examples. Choose the games that suit your guests, allow breaks and adjust the timing to your group.

A 30-minute mini party

  1. 5 minutes: welcome everyone and explain the picture hunt.
  2. 15 minutes: search for the six symbols together.
  3. 10 minutes: check the sheets, celebrate and finish with a snack or story.

Prepare one set of hiding cards and a player sheet per child or team. Children can match pictures without reading.

A 60-minute games session

  1. 10 minutes: arrive, settle in and explain the games.
  2. 15 minutes: play the treasure hunt.
  3. 10 minutes: take a drink and snack break.
  4. 20 minutes: play word bingo with an adult caller.
  5. 5 minutes: gather belongings and say goodbye.

For children who are not reading yet, pair each with a reader or repeat the picture hunt with new hiding places.

Before guests arrive

  • Confirm the guest count and print one player sheet per child or team.
  • Prepare pencils, hiding cards and a clear play area.
  • Keep one bingo word list for the caller; give players different generated cards.
  • Keep the browser open if using the bingo caller. Reloading clears its progress.
  • Send the party details with the free invitation maker.

For grown-ups planning a birthday

The games above are free. If you are also choosing a present or take-home favors, these guides explain what to check before buying.

Questions before you start

Do I need to register or pay?

No. These activities do not require an account or payment. Printing uses your own paper and ink; supplies and optional items from shops are separate.

Can I save the printables as a PDF?

The treasure hunt has a ready-made two-page PDF download. For bingo, generate your cards, choose the print button, then select Save as PDF in your browser's print options where available.

Are game scores saved?

No. Memory starts over when you reload. Bingo cards and caller progress are also cleared when you reload; print the cards before playing.
